Shortening the frame & Bed part 1

We ( TC and SC) Cut 20" out of the frame in front of the swing arms. I don't have pics of that but will post them when I get them. Next we cut 20" out of the bed in front of the wheel well. THis took the whel base from 127" (longbed 8ft wheelbase) to 107". The standard bed is wheel base is 115". The box length is 6 1/2 ft. After the Cut the bed is 6 ft 4 inches.
